Technology direct mail is usually so, well, direct - dry, generic, and often very busy with “special offers” and data points. So when Comcast Business asked Peloton for a mailer that broke their standard format, we were intrigued. Our initial presentation resonnated so well we produced two mailers, each with a slightly different audience.
Targeting potential customers within an existing Comcast Business footprint, we chose a very conversational tone and a humorous approach. Using both a pop-up and a visual pun resulted in two introductory mailers completely different from anything Comcast Business had done in the past.
With a solid response rate, Comcast Business is happy, their new clients are happy, and we’re happy everyone is happy.
